Erin Entrada Kelly and Adria Goetz Named Featured Lecturers for Elixir: Catskills 2023

We’re excited to announce that NYT bestseller and Newbery Medalist Erica Entrada Kelly and Adria Goetz will be the featured lecturers at Elixir: Catskills 2023!

Entrada Kelly received the 2018 Newbery Medal for Hello, Universe, a 2021 Newbery Honor for We Dream of Space, and the 2017 APALA Award for The Land of Forgotten Girls, among other honors. She is a New York Times bestselling author whose work has been translated into many languages. Her short fiction has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and the Philippines Free Press Award for Short Fiction.

Joining Entrada Kelly is literary agent Adria Goetz of the P.S. Literary Agency. Goetz represents picture books, middle grade, adult fiction, and graphic novels. She specializes in picture books by author/illustrators. Recent titles she represents include THE OCEAN CALLS by Tina Cho, THE WHATIFS by Emily Kilgore, THE UGLY DOODLES by Valeria Wicker, NO ORDINARY THING by G.Z. Schmidt, HALAL HOT DOGS by Susannah Aziz, BATTER ROYALE by Leisl Adams, and dozens of others.

Hosted by author and writing coach George Jreije, Elixir: Catskills 2023 will take place October 22 – 26 at the Winterclove Inn & Resort in Round Top, New York. Participants will enjoy a 5 days of dedicated writing time, insightful discussions with Entrada Kelly and Goetz, sumptuous food, a ghost stories campfire with s’mores, old fashioned bowling, and other fun activities!
