Erin Entrada Kelly
Erin Entrada Kelly received the 2018 Newbery Medal for Hello, Universe, a 2021 Newbery Honor for We Dream of Space, and the 2017 APALA Award for The Land of Forgotten Girls, among other honors. She is a New York Times bestselling author whose work has been translated into many languages. Her short fiction has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and the Philippines Free Press Award for Short Fiction.
Erin has worked as a journalist, magazine editor, and book publicist, and has taught creative writing at Rosemont College, UCLA-E, and Gotham Writers Workshop. She is currently on faculty with the Hamline University MFAC program. She lives in Delaware.
